This was the worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. Our property was in terrible condition when we moved in and we made many improvements to it in our 2 years there. Yet still we were robbed of our $1575 deposit and asked to pay another $200 for "damages". My favorite part is that we were charged $300 to clean the carpets and $600 to replace the carpets. WTF??? This place is terrible. They are thieves and take forever to respond to maintenance requests.

This is the worse Property Management Company that I have ever had to deal with. I had to constantly stay on top of them regarding lawn maintenance, pet violations, HOA fees, etc... If you are thinking about hiring Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper Realtors, take my advice and go to another company quick, fast and in a hurry. Don't take my word for it. Do a search on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website. BBB has giving them an "F" rating and is not consider an accredited company. They have had several complaints made against them and have only acknowledge 4. Hugh disappointment and waste of $$$.
